The following tours are designed to be taken as stand alone tours over 1 day but can be combined over multiple days. All tours are based on pick up and drop off in Arras, easily accessible by train from Paris.

These tours are recommended for people who have a general interest in WW1 but will also focus on the role of the New Zealand forces in the war.

The places you will visit on a typical day will be:

Somme (one day) -  Hawthorn Ridge Crater, Newfoundland Memorial Park and Trenches, Thiepval Memorial to the missing, Lochnagar Crater, Grevillers Memorial, Caterpiller Valley Memorial and the site of the unknown soldiers original grave.

Ypres (one day) - Messines Ridge, Essex Farm, Langemark German Cemetery, Passchendaele, Menin Gate (Last post ceremony can be included with prior discussion).
